El-Rufai retorts to Okupe's criticism; Jonathan's administration has failed

In what seems to be a fight back at the sharp critcisms made by Doyin Okupe, President Goodluck Jonathan’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nasir el-Rufai, has replied in defence of his stand on the issue.
