Gunmen kill policeman, commercial driver in Lagos.

Suspected gunmen on Sunday, killed a police officer and a commercial bus driver in Lagos. The gunmen, suspected to be armed robbers, were said to be fleeing from the police when they opened fire on a commercial bus at Ikeja-Along bus-stop around 2.45pm.

Woman Bites Off policeman's ear

A 36-year old woman, Mrs. Gloria Ugonnaya, has been arraigned before a Yaba Magistrate’s court in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria, charged with assault. She allegedly bit off the ear of a police Corporal, Odion Oifoghe, attached to Sabo Police Division, Yaba in order to evade arrest.
