Nigerian king flogged by kidnappers...then freed - PM News
A Nigerian king abducted for eight days in Bayelsa state, has regained his freedom, after days of flogging by his kidnappers.
King Richard Seiba, 70, of the Okordia clan in Yenagoa Local Government area was kidnapped on Saturday from his palace.
