Valencia sack Pellegrino after defeat to Real Sociedad

Valencia have decided to get rid of Mauricio Pellegrino as their coach. The poor display against Real Sociedad, in which Valencia lost 2-5 , was the final straw for the club's board. "We've been exchanging opinions, debating it and we havetaken the decision to sack Pellegrino", said Llorente to the press. In the post match press conference Pellegrino himself hadsaid he wasn't worried about his job. The local fans had shown their anger towards both the coach and the board during the game. This was Valencia's first defeat at home this season. After 14 games they have won five, drawn three and lost six.
